minimal and modern
We're excited to show you the most recent project we finished up! This year has been FLYING by, so it's about time we sat down to post some new content.
For this model home the aesthetic was minimal and modern. We love the vibe that flows throughout the residence. Life sometimes feels so much simpler with less (which is why I constantly feel inclined to go through my things and make a nice and tall "get rid of pile"). These calm neutrals are anything but fussy, while the small accents of color give it the life it needs.
Highlight of this nursery? You guessed it, the floral wallpaper. We found this fun and easy-to-apply wall covering from ColoRay. This is a great way to add a layer of personality and warmth to a space. A close second is the pairing of stripes on the rocking chair with the beautiful floral pillow from Caitlin Wilson.
In the master bedroom, the warmth of the buttery leather, texture of the shagreen nightstands, and eye-catching wall-mounted arm sconces all play together to make this room a modern and sophisticated space. The finishing touches and layers create the warmth a house needs to feel like home.
The living room features some striking art above the minimal fireplace, floor lamps from Schoolhouse Electric, and a black raffia coffee table with antique brass ferrules. We love the darks contrasted with texture and splashes of gold throughout several spaces in the home. I'm ready to move in... are you?
And that's a wrap! We love how it all came together and hope you do too!
